Nuša Pavlinjek Slavinec is the CEO and co-owner of the ROTO Group. She manages several companies in Slovenia and abroad and has more than 20 years of experience in corporate leadership, product development, and business internationalization. She holds an MBA from IEDC–Bled School of Management and a degree in economics from the University of Maribor, Faculty of Economics and Business, which she complemented with an international exchange program at Jönköping University in Sweden.
Under her leadership, the ROTO Group has received numerous awards for innovation and outstanding economic achievements, including the GZS Award. She is active in several business associations and professional organizations, contributing to the development of entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable solutions.
Beyond her professional career, she is passionate about adrenaline sports – she is a licensed helicopter and airplane pilot, a rescue diver, as well as a boat skipper and motorcyclist.
