Prof. Dr Tjaša Redek is a professor at the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana, where she teaches several courses. Her research focuses primarily on firm-level analysis, particularly on the impact of intangible capital, technology and digitalisation on productivity, competitiveness and firm performance, including the role of investment in employees. She also studies the links between firms and the labour market, with a particular focus on employees’ knowledge and skills, as well as the impact of digitalisation, robotisation and automation on companies and employment. She has participated in and led several national research projects and has also been involved in a number of international projects. The results of her research have been published in various publications.
