Throughout her career, she has built and led global customer value management capabilities, helping organizations achieve their strategic goal of becoming truly customer centric.
She has held leadership positions in Poland, the Netherlands, and Australia, including the role of Global Head of Customer Interactions, where she played a key role in transforming banking operations towards more personalized and data-driven customer relationship management. She has led numerous large-scale transformation initiatives across advanced analytics, data science, and marketing technology, driving business growth, enhancing customer experience, and placing data at the heart of decision-making.
Since May 2026, Kasia has been leading the Customer Value Management Retail sector
and the Data & AI Division sector at OTP banka. She is recognized for her visionary and collaborative leadership style, successfully combining strategic thinking, innovation, and strong belief in people and continuous learning.
