Gorazd Vrbica is a Partner and Managing Director at AlixPartners, one of the world’s leading consulting firms specialising in business transformation and change management. His areas of expertise include corporate restructuring and turnaround as well as performance improvement.
Over a career spanning more than 34 years, he has gained extensive experience as a corporate executive, interim manager and consultant. His sector expertise is focused primarily on the automotive and industrial sectors, as well as high-tech, aerospace and metal processing.
His clients include numerous international corporations, among them Volkswagen AG, Audi, Siemens, Airbus, General Motors, voestalpine and Bayer. He has also worked with several leading global private equity firms.
A significant part of his career has been spent in senior executive roles in industry. At Volkswagen AG, he was responsible for purchasing strategy, costs and supplier management across the Volkswagen Group and the Volkswagen brand. At Diebold Nixdorf, he served as Global Chief Procurement Officer.
