Nina Bračko Colja is the founder and CEO of Next Move Energy. Over more than 15 years of working in European energy markets, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in international electricity trading and industrial decarbonisation. She has been involved in developing business across numerous European markets, leading cross-border negotiations and designing energy strategies for companies facing price volatility, regulatory changes and the demands of the energy transition.
Under her leadership, Next Move Energy develops structured energy solutions primarily for large industrial consumers. The company’s activities include the supply and purchase of electricity from renewable sources, long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs), battery energy storage management, and the optimisation of electricity generation and consumption across entire portfolios.
In her work, Nina combines in-depth knowledge of international markets and regulation with a strong understanding of the needs of industry. This enables companies to manage their energy costs and risks more effectively, while supporting their transition to carbon-free operations and strengthening their long-term competitiveness.
