ZORAN VEHOVAR, MSc, BSc Eng, CISSP, CISA, PRIS
Zoran Vehovar joined Integralis in 2024, where he serves as Chief Technology Officer and works as a consultant and certified information systems auditor, specialising in information systems, cybersecurity, processes and information systems architecture, risk management, and compliance with the NIS2 Directive, DORA Regulation, ISACA’s COBIT framework and relevant ISO standards.
Prior to joining Integralis, he spent 16 years in senior technology management roles in Slovenia and abroad. He served as Chief Technology Officer and Member of the Management Board at Telemach, and at NLB was responsible for IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. He gained extensive management and professional experience in telecommunications, information technology and cybersecurity as Chief Technology Officer at Mobitel, Member of the Management Boards of Telekom Slovenije and Northwestel in Canada, and Non-Executive Director at Gibtelecom in Gibraltar.
He has been involved in information technology and telecommunications since the early days of personal computing in Slovenia and the emergence of mobile communications and the internet.
He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and is also certified in information systems auditing and cybersecurity. He holds the Slovenian PRIS qualification (Certified Information Systems Auditor) awarded by the Slovenian Institute of Auditors, as well as the CISSP certification awarded by ISC2.
