Jure is an innovator working at the forefront of breakthrough technologies. With over 11 years of experience leading teams in advanced engineering sectors during mergers/acquisitions and business turnarounds, he has developed extensive skills in crafting corporate strategies and executing complex projects. After obtaining a master’s degree in AI intelligent systems, with a thesis nominated for a national research award in Slovenia, he continued his career in leading R&D initiatives and establishing strategic partnerships.
Passionate about sustainable development, he joined the automotive industry to reshape the future of autonomous mobility with Jaguar Land Rover in the UK. Initially a lead development engineer at the UK’s National Automotive Innovation Centre (NAIC), he transitioned, after completing an MBA from the London Business School, to a senior business consultant for business transformation. In this role, Jure leads key projects at JLR focused on enhancing productivity, driving organizational culture change, and creating added value. He is currently focused on designing and implementing integrated business planning, which combines investment frameworks with strategic initiatives and diverse capability models across the company.
