Ekaterina Egorova is the CEO and CSO (Chief Sustainability Officer) of IKEA for South-East Europe, which includes Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Romania, and Ukraine.
Ekaterina has a long-standing career within the company. It began in 1998 when she joined IKEA Russia. She has held various positions at a national level, with the top role of Market Manager in Russia. Later on, she moved to the United Kingdom, where she became the Area Market Manager for the Northern region of IKEA UK and Ireland. Over the years, she has amassed extensive industry experience, put into practice to expand IKEA’s presence in the SEE region, as she is dedicated to growth and performance.
Ekaterina Egorova’s role includes taking on bold projects that integrate physical and digital operations, through which the company contributes to improving and developing its range of services and making them more accessible for IKEA customers.
