Fred Schneider is the Executive Director of the wiiw Executive Network at the Vienna Institute for International Economic Studies (wiiw).
He leads the regular meetings and panel discussions of the wiiw Executive Network and frequently engages with its members, advising them on business trends and strategies. He also oversees the research and analytical activities that provide the network with regular and timely insights for senior executives across Central and Eastern Europe. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on global business management. Previously, he led or participated in strategic executive community activities, research, and events in cooperation with the Economist Intelligence Unit, Forbes magazine, Oxford Economics, Newsweek, the EMEA Business Group, and FrontierView.
