Jochen Goeser

Jochen Goeser is an expert in agile transformations with more than 20 years of experience in consulting and change management. He is the co-founder of the consultancy Bold2Move, leads the Corporate Rebel Cell Germany initiative, and works with companies such as Bayer, BMW, and Würth on implementing self-management models. In Germany, he also heads a social fund that helps transform small and medium-sized enterprises into agile organizations.

Previously, he led the global transformation at Robert Bosch Power Tools and served as a senior manager at Accenture. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics, with deep expertise in agile methodologies, self-management, and new ways of working.

Jochen Goeser je strokovnjak za agilne transformacije z več kot 20-letnimi izkušnjami v svetovanju in vodenju sprememb. Je soustanovitelj svetovalnega podjetja Bold2Move, vodi pobudo Corporate Rebel Cell Germany ter sodeluje s podjetji, kot so Bayer, BMW in Würth, pri uvajanju samoupravnih modelov. V Nemčiji vodi tudi socialni sklad, ki mala in srednje velika podjetja preoblikuje v agilne organizacije. Pred tem je vodil globalno transformacijo v Robert Bosch Power Tools in deloval kot višji menedžer v Accenture. Ima MBA z Kellogg School of Management in magisterij iz ekonomije ter poglobljeno znanje s področij agilnih metod, samoupravljanja in novih načinov dela.
