Ben Schwietert is a former Olympian and co-founder of Solvenia, where he brings the discipline of elite sport to solving complex technological and business challenges. Born in the Netherlands and raised in China, he holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics from VU Amsterdam and spent years developing quantitative risk models for companies such as ING and NN Group.
Today, at Solvenia, he works at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data visualization and business design, developing intelligent software solutions that work alongside humans and help companies make better use of data in their decision-making.
